Seville, Spain and Canary Islands
After waking up yesterday feeling alive again, I decided to book a short trip out to two of Andalusia’s ‘white hill towns’. The weather has been holding about 20-22 degrees the entire time I’ve been here, but it also promising to be 0%pop and sunny, which I want for the best pictures. And no fun being out all day climbing very rocky sites in the rain.
So I got up, booked hotels in Arco de la Frontera and Ronda, walked over to the bus station (a handy 10 minutes away) and got tickets. I’ll leave at 10 am tomorrow for Arcos, then take another bus to Ronda Thursday, spend the night, and come back Friday night about 930 pm. Each leg of the trip is about 2 hours.
To give you an idea – these are mountainside towns, and the gorge that divides Ronda is 360 feet deep and 200 feet wide. Expect lots of pictures!!
